When I was 13, we got the news of my mother’s first diagnosis.

I witnessed the woman who was my everything walk through six different cancers, countless rounds of chemo and radiation, and two stem cell transplants with grace and courage. Watching our lives unfold this way gave me a sense of the preciousness of life; the moments you don’t get back, and the gift of witnessing the depth of a soul who has traversed to the edge and back again. Although oncology always felt too close to home to approach as a piece of my vocation, this was my becoming in ways I couldn’t yet see.

The journey of arriving into my career as a Naturopathic Doctor came with the realization that a metabolic and terrain-based oncology approach was my deeper calling all along. Thinking of cancer within an ecosystem framework made sense to me, so I completed additional training in integrative cancer care with Dr. Nasha Winters at the Metabolic-Terrain Institute of Health. Through this process, I dedicated myself to learning not only the physical layers of cancers but also the internal patterns and understanding how our thoughts manifest as diseases in the body.

My approach combines mindfulness practices, cutting-edge science, earth-based practices, nutrition, lifestyle detoxification, and more. I am here to serve those who have been given a cancer diagnosis and know there is more to their story, those who want to feel empowered to understand what changes need to happen to address their specific disease process, and those who seek transformation on every level, from cell to soul.

Believing in the healing power of nature, I observe the innate wisdom that allows the body to heal itself when given the proper conditions. Rooted in the belief that returning to our true nature is key to well-being, I focus on removing obstacles to cure, enabling the body to harness its inherent healing capabilities.
